Welcome - this website describes my professional career, presents qualifications and experience, areas of interest and a little philosophy on how I like to aproach opportunities, either as a consultant or as a leader in an organization.

Currently I am a consultant in Atlanta, Ga., focusing on business requirements planning, vendor evaluation, selection and contract negotiations, system evaluation, design, and implementation. Ideal opportunities are where I help clarify and focus key decison factors, develop workable alternatives, translate to financial metrics; all leading to the organization making high-quality decisions. Then I prefer to stay involved in planning and initial stages of implmentation.

Manage growth - so customers, employees, and other stakeholders work together, to minimize problems while maximizing potential.
Open new markets - where technology must be presented as a partnership between the company and potential customers. Typically, the value proposition is still emerging as the product evolves and the organization better understands the realities of the particular market segment
Improve profit - more than just cost management, as products mature different personalities and focus are needed. Leaders must nurture different talents within the organization while explaining transitions to long time customers and critical stakeholders
